NEIGHBORHOOD has partnered with Germany’s legendary small appliance brand BRAUN to release two collaborative clock models that fuse industrial design heritage with modern utility. The collection revisits two classics—originally developed in the 1980s and now part of MoMA’s permanent collection—reimagined with exclusive details and branding.
The BC02X is based on the iconic AB1 alarm clock and now features a 12-hour and military-style 24-hour dial layout, enhanced with subtle matte and gloss textures for added depth. This updated version includes a practical light and snooze function, maintaining BRAUN’s signature quiet quartz movement.
The BC06 reinterprets the ABW30 wall clock with a sleek 10mm face and frameless, glassless structure. It carries the same dual-hour index design and minimalist aesthetic, ideal for any interior. Both models are compact, precise, and true to BRAUN’s celebrated Bauhaus principles.
The NEIGHBORHOOD × BRAUN collection launches June 7 at NEIGHBORHOOD stores, the NEIGHBORHOOD ONLINE STORE, HOODS locations, and authorized retailers.
