Neighborhood Marks 30th Anniversary With Exhibition at Laforet Harajuku

Neighborhood celebrates its 30th anniversary with a special exhibition at Laforet Museum Harajuku from September 29 to October 5, showcasing portraits by Osamu Nagahama, incense chamber archives, and exclusive product releases.

Founded in Harajuku in 1994, Neighborhood concludes its 30th anniversary year with a commemorative exhibition at Laforet Museum Harajuku from September 29 to October 5, 2025. Titled Neighborhood 30th Anniversary Exhibition, the show takes place in the symbolic heart of Harajuku and brings together archival works, photography, and new creations that reflect the brand’s cultural impact.

Central to the exhibition are portraits from The Tokyo Hundreds 2: Portraits of Harajuku by Osamu Nagahama, published to mark the anniversary and limited to 2,500 copies, with a special 100-copy edition featuring a sleeve case and stickers. The exhibition also features a complete archive of Neighborhood’s signature Japanese-made ceramic incense chambers, alongside six enlarged versions reimagined as art pieces.

Visitors will have the opportunity to purchase exclusive items available in advance at the venue, including the NH x Osamu Nagahama windbreaker jacket (¥25,000 before tax) and T-shirt (¥9,000 before tax). A limited-edition Tokyo Hundreds 2 photobook (¥5,000 before tax) also debuts at the exhibition, ahead of its general release on October 8. Additionally, a Neighborhood x Bandai gachapon miniature figure collection (¥500 tax included, five types in total) will be on sale.

The Neighborhood 30th Anniversary Exhibition runs from September 29 to October 5 at Laforet Museum Harajuku, with admission priced at ¥500 (including sticker). Tickets can be reserved through the official Neighborhood website.
