Human Made Lands in Kobe The Bull Takes Over the Chartered Building

Human Made expands its Kansai footprint with the grand opening of its Kobe boutique on February 14, blending British colonial architecture with a limited-edition Bull collection inspired by the city’s heritage.

Human Made has announced the grand opening of its third Kansai location, Human Made Kobe, scheduled for Saturday, February 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The store is located in the historic Chartered Building within the Motomachi district, an area renowned for its international atmosphere and preserved architecture. The boutique’s design serves as a tribute to the building’s legacy as the former Chartered Bank, combining its original British grandeur with the brand’s unique creative vision. To manage the initial excitement, entry between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM on the opening day will be conducted through a pre-entry raffle.

The opening is marked by a comprehensive nine-piece capsule collection featuring a new Bull animal graphic, which serves as the store’s primary symbol. The apparel lineup includes the flagship Zip-Up Work Jacket priced at 59,400 yen, alongside the Animal Hoodie Kobe at 36,300 yen and the Tsuriami Sweatshirt at 35,200 yen. For those seeking lighter pieces, the collection offers the Heart Sweatshirt Kobe for 33,000 yen, as well as the Animal Graphic T-Shirt Kobe and the Heart Pocket T-Shirt Kobe, both priced at 12,100 yen.

In addition to apparel, the store features unique lifestyle accessories and goods that nod to the building’s financial history. These items include a Bank Pouch for 8,580 yen, a Gold Bar Paperweight for 11,000 yen, and a matching Gold Bar Keyring for 3,300 yen. Visitors will be greeted by a large bull figure at the entrance, establishing the store at 9-2 Kaigandori as a new cultural destination in Kobe that operates daily from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
