The North Face Purple Label Unveils FW25 Collection with Urban-Outdoor Focus

The North Face Purple Label has unveiled its Fall/Winter 2025 collection, blending outdoor utility with Ivy-inspired urban style, centered around a refined grayscale palette and technical fabrics.

The North Face Purple Label has released its Fall/Winter 2025 collection, continuing to explore the concept of “urban outdoor wear that functions in the city.” Built on the theme The Mountain Ivy, the latest lineup reinterprets The North Face’s archival designs through a modern lens, merging technical performance with street-ready silhouettes. The collection reflects a lifestyle that embraces nature within the context of city living.

This season, the brand introduces UR “FUN” OUTDOORLIFE—a concept that combines urban outdoor living with a sense of enjoyment—through three distinct style categories. A core element of the FW25 collection is its color palette, anchored by the brand’s signature asphalt gray. Various shades of gray—from stone to charcoal—appear throughout the collection, capturing a sense of sophistication and natural weathering. Deeper hues like earthy brown and rust, reminiscent of oxidized metal or tree bark, provide accents inspired by the outdoors.

Functionality is once again front and center, with the use of high-performance materials such as GORE-TEX fabrics, lightweight PERTEX®, and moisture-wicking ALPHADRY®. These technical textiles are incorporated to meet the demands of today’s urban environments and shifting climates. Notably, the brand’s longtime staple—the Medium Day Pack—has been redesigned using eco-conscious CORDURA® Eco fabrics, offering a new take on a familiar favorite.

From classic outerwear to updated essentials, The North Face Purple Label’s FW25 collection reimagines heavy-duty Ivy style with a distinctly urban sensibility.
