Soduk AW25 “0015”: A Quiet Dialogue Between Fabric, Light, and Presence

For AW25, Soduk presents a thoughtful meditation on subtle perception—blending artistic collaboration, vintage fabrics, and quiet beauty in a collection fronted by Kiko Mizuhara and captured by Takashi Homma.

Titled “0015,” Soduk’s AW25 collection explores the delicate moments of awareness that arise in silence—the sense of wind through fabric, the weight of light, the invisible presence of someone passing by. With this collection, designer Tsukasa Kudo continues to shape a vision of fashion that values lived reality over spectacle.

Soduk’s signature ribbon detailing and refined cuts are joined by new pieces featuring collaborative artwork. Among them are a cap embroidered with a dog illustration by French artist André Derainne, known for his poetic depictions of everyday life, and a mesh top adorned with pizza and plate graphics by longtime collaborator moriodeguchi.

Continuing a relationship with Essential Store’s “yuge fabric farm,” Soduk repurposes rare deadstock fabrics into oversized quilted jackets and intricately darted shirts—each piece telling a story of salvaged beauty and thoughtful form.

The lookbook, shot by renowned photographer Takashi Homma and featuring model and actress Kiko Mizuhara, conveys Soduk’s enduring commitment to understated elegance and comfort. The shoot took place in a bookbinding workshop in Kagurazaka, Tokyo—a location chosen for its quiet atmosphere and long history of craftsmanship. This setting, rich with print and binding traditions, becomes the perfect backdrop to express the collection’s restrained sensibility.

Soduk, founded in 2018 by Tsukasa Kudo, remains committed to garments that fit seamlessly into daily life while elevating it through silhouette, material, and intentionality.
