Amiri Unveils Eyewear Collection Inspired by the Icons of Los Angeles

Launching on July 19, Amiri’s new sunglasses line channels the spirit of Hollywood with four styles named after iconic LA locations—crafted in Japan with Zeiss lenses and signature gold details.

Amiri has announced a new eyewear collection inspired by its hometown of Hollywood and the legends who embody its enduring spirit. The lineup includes four distinct sunglasses styles—Mulholland, Sunset, Venice, and Hollywood—each designed to reflect a unique identity and perspective tied to the cultural landmarks of Los Angeles.

The Mulholland sunglasses feature a classic square silhouette, while the Sunset style reimagines the timeless aviator with delicate gold detailing on the nose bridge. Venice offers a sleek, mid-century-inspired frame with clean lines, and Hollywood showcases beveled end pieces that lend refinement to its bold rectangular shape.

All styles are made in Japan by expert artisans, incorporating acetate frames, precision Zeiss lenses, custom-etched internal wire cores, and seven-barrel hinges. A gold plate at the temple and end pieces highlights Amiri’s refined craftsmanship, and each frame bears the MA Quad motif—an enduring symbol of the brand.

The collection will be available from Saturday, July 19, at Amiri Tokyo (Aoyama flagship) and other authorized retailers across Japan.
