Parco Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Kodansha Ltd., is currently hosting The World of Shirow Masamune – “The Ghost in the Shell” and The Path of Creation at Shinsaibashi Parco in Osaka. Running from September 5 to October 5, 2025, the exhibition has already welcomed more than 60,000 visitors across its Tokyo and Osaka venues. As it enters the last ten days, visitors can experience the creative trajectory of Masamune Shirow alongside new collaborative merchandise and reproduction artworks exclusive to the Osaka installment.

Among the highlights is the release of original goods featuring the tribute illustration Katsuhiro Otomo x Ghost in the Shell. Available at the venue from Saturday, October 4, the lineup includes a T-shirt priced at ¥8,800 (tax included), a B2 poster at ¥1,100 (tax included), and a postcard at ¥220 (tax included). Following the close of the exhibition, these items will also be released through Parco’s official e-commerce site, ONLINE PARCO.

Due to expected heavy attendance on October 4, admission will be managed through advance tickets sold by lottery via LivePocket. General admission is ¥1,500 (tax included), while preschool children may enter free of charge. Same-day tickets will be available on October 5, though entry restrictions may be applied depending on crowd conditions.

The Osaka edition offers a rare opportunity to explore Shirow’s artistic universe while celebrating the intersection of two titans of Japanese manga, Katsuhiro Otomo and Ghost in the Shell.
