Concept store V.A. has announced the exclusive domestic launch of the Book 2 “Fragment,” a collaborative silhouette between Nike and Hiroshi Fujiwara’s Fragment. This release follows the massive interest in last year’s Friends & Family exclusive Book 1, marking the second time Devin Booker’s signature line has received the Fragment treatment. The design evolves the retro basketball DNA of its predecessor while upgrading performance technology, paying homage to Booker’s style and his career with the Phoenix Suns.
The aesthetic is defined by its sharp contrast and subtle branding. The iconic Nike Swoosh features a blue and white split-color design across the inner and outer sides of the shoe, while the Fragment and Book 2 logos are placed discreetly on the heel and side sole. As the sole retailer in Japan carrying this specific model, V.A. will serve as the primary destination for this limited-edition drop, which arrives as a sophisticated synthesis of athletic performance and contemporary Japanese design.
Priced at ¥22,660, the Book 2 “Fragment” is scheduled for release on Saturday, February 14, 2026. Due to high demand, V.A. will conduct an entry raffle for the launch day at their Jingumae location. Applications for the raffle are open from 12:00 PM on Thursday, February 12, until 10:00 AM on Friday, February 13, via the official online entry form. While the initial drop is in-store, an online release is planned for a later date through the V.A. Online store.
