Tokyo’s concept store V.A. is turning itself inside out for Stranger Things. To celebrate the long-awaited final chapter of the Netflix series, the Harajuku space will host “V.A. | STRANGER THINGS HOUSE,” an immersive pop-up running from November 27 to December 28, 2025. Throughout the month, the entire store will channel the atmosphere of Hawkins, Indiana, inviting visitors to step directly into the show’s universe.
At the heart of the installation is “THE BYERS HOUSE,” a photo spot inspired by the Byers family home that has become one of the series’ most iconic settings. Around it, V.A. presents a wide range of exclusive items: original pop-up pieces, collaborative graphics by artist and designer Kosuke Kawamura, and T-shirts designed by ARUMANA. The curation extends to a line-up of Stranger Things collaborations from other brands, including Bedwin & The Heartbreakers, vintage specialist BerBerJin, customized archive pieces, and goods from Bialetti, Casio Classic, Converse, Maruhiro, Palladium, G-SHOCK and more.
Food and drink are central to the experience. Inside the store, Surfer Boy Pizza, Scoops Ahoy and Stranger Things Café all appear as in-universe counters, serving a menu inspired by characters and key scenes from the show. Visitors can order items such as the Dart Chocolate Sundae, the Upside Down Strawberry Choco drink, Surfer Boy Pizza, and a limited “Stranger Butterscotch” ice cream flavour created in collaboration with Blue Seal, available only at this pop-up.
The Stranger Things House pop-up runs from November 27 to December 28, 2025, open daily from 10:00 to 20:00 JST at V.A. in Jingumae, Shibuya. Admission is free and no reservation is required, though entry may be regulated during busy periods. For more details, visitors can check the dedicated special site and the official V.A. Instagram, and experience Stranger Things in a setting that engages all five senses in the middle of Harajuku.
